We started our first project back in November of 2007, officially becoming Capmire Projects in 2008. We are fully licensed and insured for your protection.

We offer custom remodeling for homeowners who want to improve the form and character of their existing homes and expand their living space in small or dramatic ways. Capmire can provide you with design consultation before and/or during the construction. Just let us know that you would like to have us be your design consultants and we will be happy to go over that process with you. Just as with building a custom home, we consider our customers to be the most important member of our building team. We take our clients through each stage of the remodeling process with open, honest communication. We give you a proper start and end date, we let you know when and where we will be during the construction.
